Shipping policy
We are an Australian based website and we are located in the western suburbs of Melbourne so all parcels are sent via Melbourne.
We aim to process orders within two working days of your payment being received and cleared into our account. Sometimes delays are unavoidable, but 90% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours. All care is taken when packing your order to ensure you receive your order in good condition.
We believe it is important that you are able to track your purchase online and a tracking link will be emailed to you once your TV Cover has been sent.
There are a number of shipping options you can select from. Each has a different price and delivery times will vary.

Australian Domestic Orders
For Australian domestic deliveries we use Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. It is important to note, depending on your location you may not see all available options.
International Orders
Yes, we do ship overseas using a number of different carriers. Full tracking is provided for your convenience.
