Refunds and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a TV cover may need to be returned or exchanged. We’re happy to help find a solution.

You can start a return easily through our Returns Portal.

Returns

To help us process your return, please make sure your order ID is visible in the return address, and attach a copy of your invoice or confirmation email, including your order number and contact information.

We can provide a shipping label, and a shipping fee of A$15 will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your returned item. Once processed, you’ll receive a refund confirmation email.

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to apply the refund to your account
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be offered under the following conditions:

  • If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can discuss the issue
  • Change-of-mind returns are considered at the discretion of TVCovers.com.au and must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must not be returned without prior approval

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for another, please return the original one and place a new order instead.

Warranty Exceptions - Disclaimer

Warranty will not apply to products that have been damaged due to:

  • Neglect
  • Misuse
  • Disassembly
  • Accident

Of course we will treat every request on its merits and we are more than understanding that sometimes goods are unsuitable.
