Refunds and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a TV cover may need to be returned or exchanged. We’re happy to help find a solution.

You can start a return easily through our Returns Portal.

Refunds or exchanges will be offered on the following terms:

  • If the item/s provided are incorrect or faulty, please contact us to discuss the problem.
  • Refund or exchange will be at the discretion of tvcovers.com.au
  • You must advise of faulty or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving your goods.
  • Change of mind on purchases will be at the discretion of tvcovers.com.au. Contact must be made direct to us by the customer in regards to change of mind purchase within 7 days of receiving your item. Goods must not be returned without prior approval.
  • The customer is responsible for all postage charges if you wish to return the item/s. If a refund is issued, tvcovers.com.au will refund the purchase price only.

Warranty Exceptions - Disclaimer

TVCovers.com.au will not grant warranty on products or any part therof which have suffered through:

  • Neglect
  • Misuse
  • Disasembly
  • Accident

Of course we will treat every request on its merits and we are more than understanding that sometimes goods are unsuitable.
