All purchases are sent out within 2 business days of the purchase, but often will be sent on the same day!

Sometimes delays are unavoidable. An email will be sent to once your order is posted.

If you have any concerns in regards to your order, please contact us so we can advise your order status. All care is taken when packing your order to ensure you receive your order in good condition.

Product

The covers are a little bigger than advertised, so if the cover is 100cm wide and your TV is also 100cm wide then you'll be fine.

Whilst we do use high quality material that is water resistant, the covers are not 100% waterproof.

For example, if you were to aim a hose and spray it with water, then yes, water will get inside. The TV Covers are designed to be weather and UV resistant which means that it will provide protection from moisture, dust, wind, bugs and extreme cold or hot temperatures.

The covers are breathable which helps in preventing mould or mildew developing. Your TV should not be placed in an area where it is exposed directly to the elements.
